Sure.  From the description in Genie's A2 RoundTable:

Name: M68000.BXY
Approximate # of bytes: 302976

This is a Motorola 68000 simulator and assembler package.  While you
can run the simulator from the finder or a shell the assembler must be
run from within a shell environment.  This is a IIgs specific program.
