Switch settings for Apple II Pllel. Ifce. Card

Anybody know the switch settings (1-7) for an Apple II Parallel
Interface Card?  And, can one use a regular DB25M to Centronics
cable for a hookup to a Dot Matrix Printer?  I have an old IBM
Proprinter I'd like to get working on and Apple IIe.  It's a 
combination Parallel/Serial printer. (serial card add on, and 
card seems to be defective)  Parallel side of printer works with 
a PC, can't seem to get it to talk to a IIe.  Anybody know of a 
list of printers the Apple card might be compatable with?  I'm 
guessing older Epson 9pin.  Any suggested emulations to get it to 
work with AW 3.0?
