Alltech and Tony Diaz went out of their way to help me a couple of years 
back.  I was trying to get my IIe RGB Monitor going with an AE Ramworks 
III Card and badly needed the adaptor RGB Card for the Ramworks.  I got a 
different Ramworks Video Card that Supported the IIgs NOT IIe RGB.  Tony 
was kind enough to swap me the card I needed, or I would have been up the 
creek.

I have dealt with Sequential a few months back and they were very helpful 
to me (I have 2 Ramfast C, 3.01f SCSI Cards, which were altered to run 
with the 8 Mhz Zip Chip).

Both of these companies are supporting the IIe, as I also try to do :)
It would seem in all fairness that Sequential is having some problems 
supplying Alltech.  It might be nice if the folks @ Sequential took a 
minute to explain the situation (they are apparently generating poor PR 
for Alltech and themselves).

As a satisfied customer of both companies I would hope that the issues 
would be resolved, and good apple II Support continued.  We need both of 
these resources in our community :)
