The trouble is that a VT-100 text terminal supports character modes which
are not available on the Apple text screen...notably, underlining, and
boldface. If you use Lynx, there is some value to being able to tell the
difference between underlined, boldface, and reverse video.
ANSIterm does this nicely, but alas, doesn't do HFS.
