New "Grand Piano" instrument bank for MIDIsynth

Just a quick note that I've posted the first offical release
of my enhanced piano instrument bank (v0.5) for synthLAB/MIDIsynth to
comp.binaries.apple2. I thought I should mention it since I doubt
many check cba2 on a regular basis considering the lack of binary
posts and constant flow of mis-directed "noise" traffic.

For those unfamiliar with it, it is an in-progress work
meant as a replacement or alternative to the 'piano.bnk' included
on Apple's synthLAB disk. I've always been displeased with the
quality of piano patches available for MIDIsynth so I've gone
about making an attempt at creating something more decent. This
current version now has: Piano, Honky Tonk and Grand Piano.
More will come in future, but they sound _much_ more like the
real thing than what is currently available. :)

I'm not entirely pleased with it, probably because I've
been spoiled listening to pianos on Ensoniq boards with 1MB DOC-RAM,
but for what we have to make do with (64Kb DOC-RAM) I'm quite impressed
with the results I got. Please try it and let me know what your
impressions are...
