  hi, Well I got the system 6.0 from apple.com ( I think) and anyway, I 
did all the uncompressing on my IIgs. So there ae sites out there that 
have System6.01 (and others) that can be uncompressed on the apple2 and 
not on the mac.  :)  Might get back if I can and tell  you where exactly 
to find it.
