It shouldn't work. Dos 3.3 launcher takes over the lower 48K of
memory for the Dos 3.3 program. The upper 16K is used for ProDOS to
access the disk. [This is why Dos 3.3 programs that use all 64K will
crash hard]. There's no space left for the Appleshare drivers and
such.
Use your local hard drive.
