Could you please explain what you mean when you say "that is the end of
the game for this particular file"? Does it mean that you get a $0201
error message, or that the program crashes, or that the file becomes
corrupt? Please elaborate.
As we stated in the press release, "Convert 3200 requires at least 2
megabytes of RAM; 4 megabytes is recommended to convert large 1280 x 800
graphics."
How much memory do you have? What _exactly_ is happening when you try
loading in a file? Have you tried a shift-boot? Have you removed Easy
Access yet from your system?
If you downloaded a graphic from the net that is causing problems, please
tell me the name and location of the file, and I will download it and try
to recreate the problem.
Please provide as many details as possible. Thank you.
