Re: Swyft Card- What is it?

Hello,

Well, if I recall the Swyft Card was a simple text editor, that
allowed you to store or work with about 40K worth of data on your Apple
IIe. I can't remember the specifics about it, but if you did certain
keystrokes, you would go to the editor otherwise the IIe would run
normally.

The only reason I remember the card, is when the card was first
reviewed by A+, there was a big fuss, because the author (David
something, can't remember, he was the author of the Learning Curve column
in both A+ and Incider/A+), wrote that "The card teaches an Old Dog (The
IIe) new tricks." There was a lot of people who wrote in on that
article. Sorry, I can't really recall anything else about the card.
