gz means that it was compressed with gzip. There is a program
available that can convert gzips into zips. Zips can be
decompressed using Angel and other programs.
dsk means that it is an image file of an entire Apple II 5.25
disk, probably DOS 3.3. The program DISK2FILE can convert it back
into an Apple-compatible disk on any Apple II computer.
