GSOS patch?

Here is a challenge to you programmers out there:
 
My ROM01 system has a GS-RAM (1.5MB) and a RAMFactor (1MB).
The RAMFactor is not utilized by System 601 as it should be.
Here is my question and wish list for a revised System 602:
 
The total memory recognized by System 601 is 1792k, but only
less than 1000k is available as free memory for applications.
The installer does not provide for installing to RamFactor without loading GSOS
to aux.memory.
If that were possible, all the 1792k would be available for
free memory and applications.
Any patch for System 601 to utilize RamFactor?
