You cannot boot GS/OS from drive 2. You certainly can't do this with
an Apple SCSI card. It might be possible to boot ProDOS-8 on drive 2
with a RamFast, but GS/OS cannot be booted this way.
The PRODOS file (GS/OS first stage loader) always tries to load the
START.GS.OS file from drive 1, and all subsequent GS/OS components must
also be on drive 1.
