I have nearly the same setup as you do (SuperSonic, Bose Roommates and
CD-ROM).  Some time ago I purchased a "Stereo Audio Selector" from
Radio Shack for around twenty-something dollars.  This is a little box
with 3 pushbuttons and 4 pairs of RCA jacks to select one of three
audio sources.  You need a couple of cables or adapters to convert from
the mini-plugs to RCA and back again.  Right before the speakers I also
have one of those little volume control knobs from APS Technologies
(since my Roommates don't have volume controls).
