Bare-minimum requirements are:

1MB RAM (a stock ROM 3 or a ROM 01 with fully populated Apple card)
and a single 800K 3.5 drive. And of course an Apple IIgs with ROM 
version 01 or 3 (the ROM 00 is only supported up to System 3.2).

Highly-Recommended are:

2MB RAM or more (most GS users have at least 4MB today) and two 3.5 drives
or hardrive. An accelerator board won't hurt either, it greatly speeds up
scrolling, window movement, re-drawing, response and loading speed.
