About two weeks ago I wrote that I ordered the upgrade (Inwords v.1.1)
from Westcode Software on November 20th.
Its now THREE MONTHS: a phone call and two letters have been sent and yet
no upgrade disk has been received.
Is anyone minding the shop at Westcode software? Does anyone have any ideas
why they would leave an upgrade customer hanging "on hold" for three full
months? My Quickie scanner lays idle and depreciates as each month
passes....
