AppleWorks 3.0 Startup disk needed

I am trying to help a neighbor get her startup disk back. She formated
it by accident. If there is anyone that can email a disk image of the 
3.5" AppleWorks 3.0 Startup disk to me I could get her out of my hair.
This disk would need to be made with DiskCopy on a Macintosh or I 
wouldn't be able to do anything with it.
