    Yes, that would be the best way to go.  I'll leave that for
someone else as I'm sick of disassembling P-code.


The only thing lost would be the original copy protection, which has
no practical use, but might be desirable for an archival project.
It would also be possible to recreate the disk without the errors, then
use a nibble editor to insert the desired errors, though, of course,
that would result in a non-standard disk.


    Now that I know, for certain, which epilogue bytes to change, can
you recommend which nibble editor I should use?  I've never worked
with one.

Copy II Plus would be a popular way to go.  Locksmith is another.
