Nope, won't work. Apple II and IBM PC 5.25" disk formats are
incompatible at a hardware level. To read them on a PC, you'll need
access to some very rare hardware.

Same story. Your best bet is to find an Apple II with a modem and
send stuff out via null modem to a PC or Mac.
