With the PAL moved to the top of the RAM card it can be done, too.
If socketed, remove the socket, put it or another on top, bend each
lead on the IC 180 degrees so the whole thing is inverted. Stick it
back in, "upside down". Then it all fits "squarely".
On my RAM/HD //c Internal I've got a spot left for the NSC to fit
without interference.
