There was an old post at AOL about building a fan for the GS by Herr
Fixxit (whoever that was). Anyway, since the gs and IIc have slightly
similar boxes (in a sense) perhaps this fan might work with the IIc. That
would definitely cut down on stress to the IIc itself. It has been noted
before that for the majority of computers, keeping them running is less
harmful than shutting them on and off, anyway.
Good Luck, and see if an AOL friend can find you the post about the fan (I
believe it's still in AOL's Apple II Software Library under "Hardware".)
