You should be able to find a key switch replacement (or a lead on whom
to contact) at one of the following:

Sun Remarketing: 800-821-3221
A+ Technologies: 800-227-7532
Pre-Owned Electronics: 800-274-5343
Shreve Systems: 800-227-3971
Alltech: 619-724-2404

As you might guess, replacing a II+ keyboard switch is a major chore.
It's a good idea to give the keyboard a good workout to make sure there
are not other bad keys. (This is NOT a job you want to do very often.)
Another problem is that the key switches do not like a lot of heat. The
soldering should be done fairly quickly to avoid damaging the part. Be
warned that some suppliers demand a handsome price for a key switch.

Several of the companies listed also sell II+ KB's. Sun's price may
still be $29; a more common price is $39. (Sun may also still offer a
compatible KB which included a keypad for $12-- the catch is that the
mounting area must be enlarged.)
