They are. There was some kind of posting on GEnie a week or so back,
which essentially said: "We are still here, still going to make and
support great products for the Apple II, and currently very busy
picking up some of the pieces from Jawaid's departure (like: Exactly
what did he do, and how?)".

Note: For all I know, they might have gone down in the last week. But
somehow I don't really think so :)

Seems you're not alone with that experience ... they must be extremely
busy to let orders lag so much. Suggest giving them a ring, that
worked wonders for me at least.
