Re: Another Stupid Question...

No. There is a way, however, to hook it up to a //e with a special
interface card which may or may not still be available from Pre-Owned
Electronics, Inc. They had a combo package last year for a VGA monitor
with interface card for use on the //e for sharper pictures. It was
featured in their Holiday 1995 catalog. Their number and address is:

Pre-Owned Electronics
205 Burlington Road
Bedford, MA 01730
TX - 1-800-274-5343

They also have a good assortment of new/reconditioned Apple // series
parts and cards, from disk drives to whole systems. They even have a
repair exchange program! They're worth a look. - Tony :-)

P.S. There is also another company called Shreve Systems which sells a
modified Extended 80-Column Card for $35 which allows you to connect your
//e to either NTSC or RGB type monitors, and has some other special
features. They also have a pretty decent stock of Apple // series
hardware. Their address and number is:

Shreve Systems
1200 Marshall St.
Shreveport, LA 71101
TX - 1-800-227-3971
