Depends on what you want to transfer.  Executables (programs) are not
compatible at all, no point in trying.  Text files can be squirted through
a serial cable, with appropriate terminal software on both ends.  There is
also a product called Crossworks, which is software for both computers
plus a special serial cable, that does some file format conversions, such
as dBase to Appleworks.
