A quick look at some P8 images nearby indicates that the Thuderclock driver
supports:

1.9	up to 1991 (without patching)
2.0.1	up to 1996	"	"
2.0.2	up to 1996	"	"
2.0.3	up to 1998	"	"

The ProDOS Technote #23 does not list 2.0 so I assume it was never released
outside Apple (has anyone got it?). 2.0.1 would remap a smartport volume into
S3,D2 and then install /RAM. That and other remapping problems were fixed in
2.0.2-3.
