there's a good tutorial on how to do this in the comp.emulators.apple2 FAQ.
In a nutshell: you'll need a null modem cable and an Apple II serial card
if it's a II+ or //e (//c's don't need a card). You'll also need
transferring software. Again, it's in the FAQ.
