APPLE II SCSI CARD - info request

As a combo deal on a box of cards, I got this early model Apple brand 
SCSI card:

APPLE II SCSI CARD  MODEL 607-0291-A, with ROM chip  341-0437-A (Apple 87)


CXan anyone tell me whether this is the Rev. C card, or whether it is the 
earlier version?  If it is the earlier version, how can I upgrade the ROM 
to Rev. C?   Does Apple still give the free upgrade to Rev. C version? 
(My wishful thinking....)    Does anyone out there have the ability to 
"burn a ROM and produce a working ROM Rev. C????
