On the other hand, someone here might be able to get 
you a copy for a cheaper price.

Last option-I'm not so sure about this one. It 
_seems_ (emphasis on seems) that Applied Engineering 
still exists! Although I have heard uncountable 
times about their demise, a company with the same 
name (and the same products) exists in Australia. I 
think the address may be www.applied.com or 
something, but I'm not sure. Try a net search.
