Yes and no. If you're going to leave it on 100% of the time, make sure
that there is a fan installed in the system. This can be a fatal error if
you don't.

Actually, a new power supply usually isn't usually the best fix. This is
probably a broken switch, and the rest of the power supply is just fine.
This happens a lot with this type of switch. If kind of blows too, cause
you usually end up spending a lot on a new power supply and it's really a
$.50 switch that is about impossible to replace. *sigh*
Best solution I use is to connect the whole kit and kaboodle to a
powerstrip with an on/off button. That way you don't need to use the
switch in the back (Just leave it permenantly on) and if the powerstrip
switch breaks, a new one is about $8... :)
