Unfortunately for you, very little on the 'net can be trusted as being
the truth. A simple understanding of protocols and their subversion
will amply demonstrate that.
If you truly wanted to increase your credibility (as opposed to BS'ing it
like you're doing now), you'd have released the following information:
--what you bought
--the invoice number assigned to your order from Ego
--the specific dates when you ordered stuff, when that stuff was promised to
arrive, and when you notified Ego when it didn't arrive
A simple inquiry to UPS/FedEx would pretty much substantiate any of this,
but only if you bothered to give this information, which of course, you didn't.
Someone obtaining your real name and address does not count as proof
of much of anything, other than they possibly obtained your real name
and address.

Ah yes, Charles Turley's syndrome.
