SecondSight ROM

I'm getting ready to update my SS ROMs.  Is the latest version 1.4?  Is it 
free, as long as I return my old ROMs?  Can anyone give me the full 
details as to what the latest ROMs fix?  Also, what is Sequential's order 
number?  Thanks in advance!
