Animation Autostart

Ok, I hope somebody can help me. I've got an animation file approx. 220k
in size, and I need to be able to have it start playing automatically
once the GS is powered up... the catch is, no hard drive. Everything
must be on 1 floppy. Basically, the disk will always be in the drive.
When a person walks in the room, they flip a switch, the GS powers up,
loads the animation, and starts playing it.

I tried putting together a system 5.x disk that would immediately start
an animation player, which would in turn automatically load the first
animation in its own directory... but there simply isn't enough disk
space. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
