Apple // Vendors???

This gets asked occasionally BUT ...

Is anyone aware of Apple // suppliers who:
 - Have a FAX number
 - Accept major credit cards
 - (an EMail presence would be nice also)

I am from Canada and am looking to purchase the following:
 >> ProSEL16  - I've delayed this for a long time!!!

Later I am looking for some other hardware but first ...
