I was corrected on this in email (thanks, Dave) and since I don't see a post
here about it, I figured I'd correct myself. .BSQ is a ShrinkIt file that's
been BINSCII'd. I was right about needing to run it through BINSCII first,
and then ShrinkIt, though.
