Mac Tools v.4.0 & Norton Utilities v.3.1

:I know this is comp.sys.apple2 and I have an apple2 problem. If you
:are somewhat versed in the Mac then maybe you can help me. I borrowed 
:a friends SE30 with Norton Utilities and Mac Utilities so that I could
:repair and optimize the HFS partitions on my hard drive. However unlike
: Salvation Supreme I can't seem to be able to find an option in either
:of the utilities to sort the directories before optimizing. My unfamiliarity
:with the utilities and the Mac quite possibly is the problem. Any help 
:short of trashing the SE30 because of its genealogy would be greatly 
:appreciated.
