	Even assuming that Fusion's posts are true, here's what
happened: He placed a first-time order with Ego, they said it'd be
shipped right away, and it wasn't.  Where do you get "cheated a loyal
customer" from?  Did they take his money and not ship?  That's not his
story, and I'm sure we would have heard all about it if that had
happened.  And, of course, it's hardly a settled fact that Fusion has
ever had any dealings with Ego.

	OBTW, yes, your postings are libelous.  Diz probably won't
bother coming out to Berkeley to file a lawsuit, and you're probably
betting on that, but he certainly could, and would almost certainly
win, unless you could prove that he actually cheated Fusion (whoever
_he_ is).

	Take your own advice, and jam it up your own ass.
