That's not a big deal, all BRUN does is load the file in at the
appropriate location and jump to it.

For any arbitrary program, it almost certainly wouldn't work. system files
are loaded and executed at $2000. If the binary image was meant to go
anywhere besides $2000 it wouldn't work. Even if the image was meant to
go at $2000, system programs are supposed to do some other stuff like
tell ProDOS what memory they're using, and quit with a ProDOS EXIT call.
But I don't know how this would affect the program. It might run ok and
then crash on exit, for example.
