I've used a Canon BJC-600 switched between a PC and a IIgs. Since the
Canon models aren't supported directly, I used the Epson emulation
mode with the Epson LQ driver in Harmonie.

There are some limitations. The LQ driver doesn't support color (at
least on the version of Harmonie I have), which won't be a problem
with the non-color 200. The Canon Epson emulation has some definite
problems in text mode (including the fact it can't print the proper 66
lines/page; my tests only get 65) but seems to be fine with graphics.
And, for reasons I haven't determined, trying to use an autoswitch
seemed to hang the IIgs frequently. (Powering the printer off and on
cleared the hang, as I recall.) But it works, and the output is nice.
