speaking of thick... A) everything on that oh-so pretty list of yours is
totally unsupported.  WHAT did you order?  WHEN did you order it?  Who did
you get it from finally?  (you should surely post this if you are so
anit-EGO systems - where else can we get stuff he sells but doesn't
deliver?)  Provide invoice number.  
What you have there is exactly equivalent to me saying:

A) I ran for president of the United States
B) I got the most votes
C) I got screwed, because I didn't get to be President
