Help... bad power supply?

Hi,

  I have a ROM 01 IIGS that has developed some problems.  At first, it 
wouldn't start-up until I switched it on and off several times.  Now, it 
hardly ever starts, and if it does, it refuses to recognize my memory 
expansion board.

  I'm sure the power supply is bad because the IIGS sends out a weak 
signal to the monitor, and the power supply makes strange noises when it 
accesses my 3.5" drives.

  So, where can I buy a new power supply, and how much will it cost? 

  Also, does anyone sell Apple's DMA SCSI cards --- the ones that work 
with Zip drives?
