  Substantiation from behind an alias? Substantiation by vague 
insinuation? Come now. You must have less stringent standards of
knowledge than most people.  I guess you believe everything Bill
Clinton says, too.

  Substantiation would include listing, among other things: his
name, the product he ordered, what steps he took to secure the
product, whether he talked to EGO about the problem, etc.
All he's said so far is "I ordered something and got screwed!"
Which is no more information than we had in his first insult-ridden
post.
