][e, no disks - How to get started?

I now own an Apple IIe (non enhanced :( .

It is very basic - keyboard, disk drive, and working condition.

The problem is - I have NO disks for it.  The last time I had an
apple disk was in high school, and I know it's history by now.

What I do have is the Apple 2 emulator, which has some disk dumps
of some disks (Karetka and Night Mission.)  I can also download stuff
from the net.

My question is:
	Is there anyway to get my PC to write in a format the apple
		can read?
	Is there a quick program I could type in to do serial transfer 
		from the PC and dump an image onto disk?
	Can I get DOS in any shape or form off the net?
	Am I up the creek without a paddle?
