The RamFast.System utility saves the configuration information on the hard
drives attached to the RamFast (in a "safe" spot in the partition map as
I recall, but I could be wrong...) I do know for a fact that it is not
saved in any normal file, and that it is loaded automatically at power up
from the first SCSI device to become ready.
If I understand your setup right, you don't have any writable SCSI devices
attached to your RamFast, so there's no way for the RamFast to save it's
setup info....
(If you think about this for a minute, it makes sense... the RamFast has
to be able to get the config info =before= any OS has been booted, so
there's no way it could deal with this info being saved in a normal
file based format...)
