Regarding a small piggybacked board on some IIgs logic boards...
This is =NOT= related to the burn in connector, which is in the 'left
front' corner of the logic board. This post-build PC board is located very close
to the op-amps in the audio (analog) area of the logic board, and can be
spotted on some, but by no means all, ROM_01 (Rom_00??) boards.
It is a small, one transistor buffer stage that was added into the analog
audio circuits to decrease noise and improve volume.
