Quality Computers does not suck.
They are overpriced, and are gradually providing less and less support
for our computers. This is to be expected, and regretfully acknowledged.
Part of the reason they are overpriced, is they are willing to do quite a
bit of hand holding. Many many newbies, and folks like myself, have taken
advantage of this hand holding from time to time.
Quality has done many good things for us over the years.
AppleWorks 4 and 5 to name 2 big ones. I strongly suspect that the money
they sunk into attempting to make AppleWorks GS 2.0 a reality, was one of
the causes for the Scantron buyout. They tried, they failed, they are
moving on.

And thank them for being there.
