Re: Are you a Switch-It! owner?
The dealings I have had with EGO are quite the opposite from what Cold Fusion
implies. Material they have shipped to me (when they had it in stock) arrived
much sooner than shipments I have made to them. Diz went the extra mile to
help me try to succeed in upgrading my system. My system just would not
cooperate. But EGO fully supported the results and completely held up their
end of our efforts.
I did have to wait a time to receive merchandise from them. However, what I
had ordered they did not have at the time. When it did come in to them, I
quickly received it. I was not charged for that shipment until it was
shipped.
Maybe Diz spends too much effort supporting us and not enough time with cold
hard business decisions. If that is the case, more businesses should make
such business decisions, and we should support those who try their best to
support us. Even when we go off the deep end.
I suggest that, if there is a question about an order, one make a phone call
to EGO and discuss the situation. Get the facts and then go from there.
