There is a program called "OZ DOS" which will format an 800K disk as two 
400K DOS volumes. The resulting 3.5 disk is bootable. It contains its own 
copy program because other copy programs do not recognize the two 400K 
volumes. If you do not find what you are looking, contact me by email and
