I found a great utility from Richard Bennett 'OZDOS' that will take care 
of your needs to format an 800k 3.5 disk with a DOS 3.3 structure and 
even works for RAM disks or larger volumes.  It has some nifty utilities 
included.  If you can't find it anywhere else, you can find a copy of it 
within the 1WSW folder on the Grind ftp site in the Apple 2 directory.
The shrinkit file archive name is OZ.SHK (I think - or something close 
to that).
