Get the comp.sys.apple2 FAQ from:

  ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet/comp.sys.apple2/

There are two parts.  You'll want to check the standard FTP sites for
the Apple // for a program called "AM-DOS".  There are other programs
that will do this, but I'm not sure if they're uploaded to any FTP
sites.
