Med Fly Serial Transfers

Hello People

I've been given the task of transferring several text files from a Med
Fly to a PC. (A Med Fly is a half-Apple2, half somethng else!)

The Med Fly as a standard 25-pin serial port (I think it's standard)
that doesn't seem to work with my PC.

I have only a boot disk and word processor software for the sily old
thing, which makes communications difficult.

Anyone have any suggestions / ideas
